Raising your voice, insulting others, and refusing to listen to all points of view, will cause drama and will not be productive to the conversation or any situation.</p><p></p><p>THE HONOR CODE</p><p>In Article 6 of the Honor code it states that:</p><p></p><p>XG members CANNOT be apart of any other gaming communities/clans! Any and all gamer tags must be either in XG clans or in none at all. XG does NOT have ANY alliances with other gaming communities/clans! XG will remain friendly and professional with ALL gaming communities at all times! ZERO TOLERANCE! If a XG member leaves, they are NOT allowed back. In the event of a member wanting to come back, each situation will be looked at by the COUNCIL/Division Leaders on a case-by-case basis.</p><p></p><p>LEADERSHIP CLASSES</p><p>Leadership classes are open to limited spots, Those spots are reserved for members that need the course. If you are looking to sit in on the class message the teacher they let you know the availability</p><p></p><p>PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS</p><p>NO Promotion is just given for meeting the time requirements. Promotions must be earned by fulfilling all the responsibilities of each rank. Promotions are not asked for they are earned. Because you have been in your position for a long time doesn't not guarantee you a promotion. If you have completed these requirements please speak with a leader. If you are not maintaining the requirements of your position please understand you are hurting your clan, the community and your friends. If this happens you will be relieved of your leadership position. It isn't personal.
