Attention SYNdicate: Please join me in congratulating SYN Vegeta on his recent promotion to General over SYN Blackout. SYN Vegeta originally came from XGC and moved over a few months ago into SYN Outlaws and went into it's split clan. He has just been chilling ever since. He was asked to take the step up to General and was willing to help out. I feel that his willingness to help and his previous leadership experience will benefit him and Blackout.
