Attention SYNdicate: Please join me in congratulating SYN Tinner on his recent promotion to General over SYN Insidious. Tinner has had previous leadership experience before, which will be an awesome benefit towards his clan. He moved over from Ground Zero into Insidious, which was SYNdicate's first Destiny clan, so that he could help grow a new area of SYN.
