Make The Title Of The Thread The Event Name With The Date Of The Event
Example: [1/1/1] FFA Last Man Standing
1) Event Name:KoG Revolution vs KoG Conquest
2) Area Or Game To Be Held On: Battlefield 1
3) Console To Be Held On: Xbox one
4) Date & Time: 12/23/16 @ 8pm central
5) Is This A Recurring Event: No
6) Hosts: KoG Xenon, KoG NightStalkr, neggs97, The Heretic 420
7) Mass Message: Yes
8) Event Layout (Maps, Game Modes, Time limits, Etc.): We will be playing the game mode conquest on any and all maps with the normal time limit of the game.
9) Special Rules or Regulations: Party chat will be between 2 of us host splitting up the amount of people in each party if you come back you are to message one of the host for an inv back
10) Other: I will be renting out a server for the game to be to community members only.

4) A Concrete Plan On How Your Event Will Run. Which includes set Maps, Game Modes, Time Limits, Custom Classes/Budget/Preset Classes, Etc...
5) Any Special Rules or Regulations. Such as Party Chats, If you leave the game and come back, Etc...
Before all Events begin you must inform all Participants that if they cause drama or a disruption they will be kicked from the lobby with no invite back [If it is a tournament, then the team that participant is on will forfeit the match and will be removed from the tournament]. All Rules and Regulations must be told to all participants of your Event before you begin.
The Hosts of the Event have the right to remove any member who causes drama or a disruption in their Event.
On top of this, after your event is approved, you must keep in contact with the Xiled Event Coordinators to keep communication flowing. If we do not hear from you, you're event is not going to be spammed out.
You are expected to talk to XGC Tantaliz XDor XGC Taurus XS at least one week prior to your event to make sure everything is still on track. The Lead Event Coordinators reserve the right to deny any Event they feel is not appropriate for the Events Team.
