Message: <blockquote data-quote="BIONICMUPPET" data-source="post: 5347" data-attributes="member: 145"><p>I think there are 2 things we can do to really curb this.  First we need to make sure that we all try to upkeep a central "blackllist" (which I've seen a few floating around, but it would probably be a good idea if it was updated and maintained like the squd lists are) which would include all multiple tags we know some people have.  Secondly, I think all Generals need to trust their instincts.  I think most times we all get a certain "feeling" about certain people, and you're probably more often than not right about it.  We need to be fair and promote those deserving, but make sure and keep the best interests of your clan at heart when you do promote.  I'd rather have one guy mad at me for not promoting him than let the whole clan down, who depend on us to make those desicsions correctly.  Unfortunatly, being a general isn't a popularity contest.  Don't let "buddies" stand in the way of running your clan the way it needs to be run.</p></blockquote><p></p>
