Call of Duty: Modern Warfare not launching. Everything is up to date. Help me I'm about to lose my mind. I tried everything and I'm starting to think its my PSU given the fact its really bad makes a lot of noise and is only 550w i am upgrading to the rm850x i just wanna know if the PSU could be causing it
