From the beginning of my XGC life i had always been interested in the higher-ups. the stories and knowledge of these people intrigued me.  so what i was thinking of was setting up a time and place for higher ups, whether it be an XS, XD, or whatever, to game with the ranks of individual clans.  this would especially be beneficial to new members to show them that no matter how high up in the clan you are these higher ups still care about the "little guy".Even though i've been in XGC a year i still have this feeling, a couple days ago i had the privilege to play a couple games with a council member, and on the inside i was jumping with joy.  Now that i look back on this post i realize this might not be the place for it, but as generals this idea can be brought to the higher ups as a way to better the community as a whole. You never know what impact one game with a division leader can have on a lower rank, it could be the spark needed to get them really engaged in XGC</blockquote>
