[APPROVED] HALO 4 GRIFFBALL XG TOURNAMENT (3/15)

I am planning an XG Griffball tournament on Halo 4 featuring a team from XGC, SYN, KoG and XDC ( full time and freelancers ) teams will consist of 4 members plus 2 backups (substitutes) Not sure on when the event will be hosted just yet as me and the XG Forge Team are making home stadiums for each division.
The tournament will be played out in a group with every team playing each other twice once at there home stadium and again at the oppositions stadium. A tie will result in a grand final.
I will need a co host from each division also willing to be in the team and to get a reliable team together. In total each team will play 6 games each i think this can be achieved in a night but we can host it over the course of a week if needs be. Any ideas and information would be much appreciated, if the voluteered co hosts cannot find a team from their divisions i can find team members for you as i now have a large ammount of halo gamers on my friends list from each division.

Things are still on the drawing board for this but it will be hosted over a weekend or a couple of weeks. Im gonna need teams and substitutes i will talk to people over the next few weeks and see if they are interested, then note them down here. I need an Events member on each team as an acting co-host and preferably a leader (XS,XD) Alpha mentioned trying to get an X Team involved if this could happen it would be great.

This is going to be sick! Brought it up at my squad meeting last night and most of my guys and gals are interested. You should be getting some messages here in the next week from my squad members Hyper.

I think the roster will be full by the end of next week, except for XDC need spme people to step up! Freelancers can be on the XDC team. I will soon post the event timetable including fixtures , rules and information on how to get your home arena the XGC arena is the first complete and looks awesome! You can grab it from my file share of the XG File Share tag.
Date is still unclear will be on a friday or two fridays sometime in march...

Im going to bring up this at the meeting but if i cannot find anyone from XDC (full time or freelancer) to join the XDC team i will just leave XDC out of the tournament. This is something i dont want to do but the tournament is probably going to be 2 weeks on friday...
