Since i got kicked out of the kings and wasnt put back on trial as i was told i was i am at the moment without a clan in SYN. And people are telling me if i got kicked out of a clan then im kicked out of XGC

I got kicked out apparently for bringing to much attention when i didnt do anything. Sorry radio i barley play MW3 i play battlefield 3 more
Who told you that you were kicked out, I will get up with them and find out their reason for kicking you out. If its something that they shouldnt have kicked you out for, I will let them know they cant do that and we will get you in another clanin SYN or KoG cause even though your B-Day is next month, fact of the matter is your not 18 YET!!! If its something you should have been kicked out for then I will get up with on the xbox and talk to you about it!!! Fair enough??
yeah sure. It was SYN Inked Demon he said i was sexualy assulting other members i wasnt doing anything i dont even know what that is. Im friends with everyone. And then he said i was causing unwanted attention.
I'm sorry to butt in here. I have read every post in this forum and, unless he said something else, you can't be kicked out. Sexual assault means that there has to be physical contact between you and another person. And if I get some sort of punishment for posting here, My reasoning is that I can't just let something like this go, i.e. clan member being kicked for no reason, I am going to try and help anyway I can. Wether it is explaining something to you or whatever it is. I really want everything to be fair.
Like I said I will get up with this General and get his side of the story, there are always 2 sides to a story, lol!!!sexual assault may be physical contact, but sexual harasment does not have to be physical and that can get a person kicked.....but there has to be witnesses to the act so I will gather the info and figure out what is going on......nobody else has to be conserned with this, I deal with every situation fair and without prejudice, so it will be taken care of!!!
