In order for you to be accepted into the "Captains - KoG" Usergroup, you MUST update your "XG Rank", GamerTag associated with your Xiled Gaming profile, & request a new Username / Login Name via the Help Desk.
To update your "XG Rank", click "About Me" on your profile, click the yellow pencil next to "XG Rank", select "Captain", then "Save".
To update your "GamerTag" click "About Me" on your profile, click the yellow pencil next to "GamerTag", update it, then "Save".
To request a new Username / Login name, click "Help Desk" on the top right of the page, click "Request Login Name Change", in the "Requested Username" box, type in your new GamerTag EXACTLY as spelled, then click the "Request New Username" button.
