It helps me cope with my PTSD. people who says it doesn't have no idea what they are talking about. It helps soldiers work on hand eye coordination after being blown up so many times. I also love to travel. I've been to just about every state in America, and I have been to over 9 different countries. Talk about your frequent flyer miles lol
