Check the link below for most of the questions u have. Promotions only happen during the weekly clan meetings. If u do not make a meeting that u are up for a promotion. Then it won't happen until the next meeting. Also there is a time period for each rank. U can find all of this in the link below. Promotions are also based on the knowledge of not only knowing ur current rank duties but also knowing the next rank above and executing them. I hope this helps u
