For the signature request you had up, a designer was working on trying to get your image off of your fileshare. He was working on it and you went to request it from another designer. This is frowned upon in XDC. Next time, the appropriate approach would be to let the designer that is working with you know that you would like another designer to pick it up. To keep them from doing a lot of work. To designers, that is kind of a slap in the face. Please don't do this again.
