    Before you can be accepted into the "Captains - KoG" Usergroup, you need to update your XG Rank, GamerTag, & Username.

    • To update your XG Rank, click "About Me" (directly above), then click the yellow pencil next to "XG Rank", update it, then "Save".

    • To update your GamerTag, click "About Me" (directly above), then click the yellow pencil next to "GamerTag", update it, then "Save".

    • To request a new login / username to match your new GamerTag, click "Help Desk" in the top right corner, click "Request Login Name Change", type in your new GamerTag EXACTLY as spelled, then submit the request.

    Caden199, I need you to update your "XG Rank" on your Xiled Gaming profile and send a request to join the "Captains - KoG" UserGroup.

    To update your XG Rank, click "About Me" on your profile (Directly Above), then click the yellow pencil next to "XG Rank", update it to "Captain", then "Save".

    To send a request to join the "Captains - KoG" UserGroup, click "Community" on the top of the page, click "Join A Clan" in the drop down menu, click the bubble next to "Captains - KoG", scroll to the bottom and click the "Join Group" button, fill out the appropriate information, then click "Submit Request".
