    Recruitment spoken about. Doesn't always have to be actively in game lobbies if you have some mates who you play with regularly who aren't part of the community maybe they are interested. Anyone who isn't comfortable with bringing up recruitment they can invite a member of leadership in to help them. Along with this also I expressed a want for in time all Sargent's to be able to read in. It was mentioned who currently can read in; XGC Rattle, XGC SYLTY, XGC Prim3 Evil, XGC JoxerDex and XGC l0uie.

    The change of chain of command was talked about due to the change in leadership and that this is now XGC SYLTY as Captain and XGC Prim3 Evil as Lieutenant.

    RPG Madness - Everyone with RPG's in Gulag showers and no EOD......

    Deagal Deathmatch - Everyone has a Deagal no FMJ or Akimbo, the health is reduced and its first to 30 kills wins, small maps work best.

    Gun Game Madness - Small map the set back is on 5 you fill in the rest...

    Custom Game with Custom Class - Each member of the game picks either a different part of the class or pick the map.

    Melee Only TDM - Well this one is pretty self explanatory.

    Proceedings:

    The squad merge was talked about and that the main change for the guys who have merged across from XGC RABB11TS is that there chain of command has changed and that they are to follow that new chain of command. If members who have come across don't know there rank to come to come and ask me and I shall let them know. Subsequently if they are of the right rank or want to be moved up to come and speak to my self and XGC Rattle. Also as part of this if they want a name change to message XGC Rattle with 3 names, first name should be most desirable then 2nd and 3rd most desirable after that.

    Recruiting was also spoken about this week again in a similar fashion to the previous 2 weeks.

    The game night on Saturday was also mentioned.

    Proceedings:

    Recruitment was reiterated both passive and active recruiting. Use of the chain of command was also spoken about as well making sure you follow the right people in the chain for complaints.

    Wanting leadership and how to go about it was spoken about coming and finding either me or XGC Duality if they are interested leadership. This way we can point them in the right direction and train them properly.

    XGC JokerDex also had a conversation about leadership, whats expected of leadership, how to get leadership and under what circumstances promotions can occur.

    So this weeks main topic was recruitment and how to go about it. Both active and passive recruitment were spoke about at length. Passive recruitment in the form of just inviting thirds in Warzone games into your party and also people who play well against you and maybe send a GG message afterwards. Active recruitment in the form of going out in game chat and actively seeking people out starting conversations being a good team player what ever may get you noticed and in other players good books.

    Along with all this it was mentioned again who can read in XGC Prim3 Evil, XGC SYLTY, XGC Rattle, XGC Duality and XGC RABB11TS. Also with this information the idea was floated that if they come across someone they think maybe a good fit for the community but they didn't feel comfortable approaching the player about the community. They can get anyone of the leaderships members in there to either help in the process or bring it up them self's.

    I have the members add all the other members in wolf back into there friends list as part of trying to get all the members playing with each other. Also with this I explained what these squad meetings were gonna be about and how they were gonna run.
