    MI619, I need you to update your GamerTag and your Username.

    GamerTag - Click "About Me" on your profile (directly above), then click the yellow pencil next to "GamerTag", update it, then "Save".

    Username - Click "Help Desk" on the top right corner, click "Request Login Name Change", type in your name EXACTLY as it is spelled, then send/submit the request.

    MI619, Click “Community” on the top of the page, click “Join A Clan” in the drop down menu, check the bubble next to the “Captains – KoG” UserGroup, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click the "Join Group" button, fill out the appropriate information, then click “Send Request”.

    You need to update your "XG Rank" to do so click "About Me" on your profile (directly above), then click the yellow pencil next to "XG Rank" Update it and Save.
