I cannot accept your Join Request into the "Captains - KoG" User Group until you leave the KoG Good Game User Group, update your "XG Rank" to "Captain", update your "GamerTag" associated with your Xiled Gaming profile, & request a new Username / Login Name via the Help Desk.
To leave the KoG Good Game User Group, click "Community" on the top of the screen, click "Join A Clan" in the drop down menu, scroll to the bottom of the page and leave the KoG Good Game User Group.
To update your "XG Rank", click "About Me" on your profile, (directly above), click the yellow pencil next to "XG Rank", update it to "Captain", then "Save".
To update your "GamerTag", click "About Me" on your profile, (directly above), click the yellow pencil next to "GamerTag", update it, then "Save".
To request a new Username / Login Name, click "Help Desk" on the top right corner, click "Request Login Name Change", type in your new GamerTag EXACTLY as spelled, then submit the request.
