    I need you to request a new Username / Login name to match your new GamerTag.

    To request a new Username / Login name, click "Help Desk" on the top right of the page, click "Request Login Name Change", in the "Requested Username" box, type in your new GamerTag EXACTLY as spelled, then click the "Request New Username" button.

    Sally, before I can accept you into the "Captains - KoG" User Group, I need you to update your "XG Rank" associated with your Xiled Gaming profile and leave the KoG Good Game User Group because you can only be in one User Group.

    To update your "XG Rank", click "About Me" on your profile (directly above), then click the yellow pencil next to "XG Rank", select "Captain", then "Save".

    To leave the KoG Good Game User Group, click "Community" at the top of the page, click "Join A Clan" in the drop down menu, scroll to the bottom of the page until you see "You are a member of the following groups", click the bubble next to KoG Good Game, and click the leave group button.
