    Elite Panda, I need you to update your "XG Rank" & join the "Captains - KoG" Usergroup.

    XG Rank - Click "About Me" on your profile (directly above), then click the yellow pencil next to "XG Rank", update it to "Captain", then "Save".

    Captains - KoG Usergroup - Click "Community" on the top of the page, click "Join A Clan" in the drop down menu, click the bubble next to "Captains - KoG", scroll to the bottom and click the "Join Group" button, fill out the appropriate information, then send/submit the join request.

    KoG Elite Panda, I need you to put in a request to update your Login Name. To do so click "Help Desk" on the top right corner, then click "Request Login Name Change". Type in your new GamerTag EXACTLY as it is spelled with capital and lowercase letters. Then submit the request. Thanks!
