Hey Monster! Id like to stop by and congratulate you on your well deserved promotion to Captain! You've done such a great job so far...keep up the excellent effort and all the extras you do! You got some great talent as well! You may try and speak with some of the XDC (design guys) and see if they would like some assistance in making sigs or banners with them too! They are the ones who did our Banner! And you do some awesome stuff! Im sure they would be interested in your work and vice-versa!
