- DELTAI've been to Portugal, but it was so long ago and I don't remember the rain...so either it didn't rain while I was there, or I didn't find it noteworthy. Not sure.I don't mind the rain...unless it's every day. I liked the warm rain in Costa Rica Never been to Brazil, but it's on my list.Haha. Well I live in Oregon...where it rains 365 days out of the year. So, sometimes desert sounds perfect.I've never been that way. I spent a few summers nannying in Zihuatanejo though.
